It’s a beautiful product I’m very happy I spent a little more. Only thing I’d say the instructions are a bit unhelpful. The on off button doesn’t say on or off. And it’s not clear where button that switches the heat settings it.

Great products, fast delivery, and a smooth ordering experience. I can’t comment on the support, though...I’ve never needed it. ;)

My big hug has been a really useful way of keeping heating costs down and keeping me warm. It’s a really well-made product. and the teddy fabric is holding up well. If I had one piece of feedback, it would be to provide variable warmth between the cushion section and the back section. I would love to be able to switch off the cushion section and keep the back section warm because it can get uncomfortably hot very quickly

Great product. The battery is light weight and lasts a long time. Very quality. Great to travel with our to cozy up at home with. Great team.
