Shipping costs apply to orders under CHF 75.

Switzerland (CH): CHF 8.95

Carriers

We ship preferably with DHL, PostNL and Royal Mail and also work with DPD, UPS and other trusted carriers. If multiple shipping options are available, you will be asked to select your preferred option during checkout.

Delivery Times

We always indicate the expected delivery time in working days at checkout. We rely on our carriers to meet these delivery promises. During peak seasons or exceptional circumstances, delivery times may vary. If needed, we adjust our delivery promise to ensure it remains realistic and accurate.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email. You can use it to follow your parcel and see the latest updates from the carrier.

Delays

If your order is delayed beyond the indicated delivery time, please check the tracking link first. If no new updates appear, or if your order seems to be missing, our customer service team is happy to help and will contact the carrier on your behalf.
