How the home try-out works

Think of it like trying on a new pair of shoes. You walk around indoors to see if they fit and if they suit you. If they do, you keep them and enjoy them. If not, you send them back in new condition.

It is the same with Stoov. Use your product at home to experience the warmth, feel the fabric and see if it matches your style. If it’s love at first warmth, keep it and enjoy. If not, send it back in unused condition and we will reimburse your purchase.

If the product is damaged or shows signs of use beyond what is necessary for a try-out, we may charge a value reduction. Please treat the product with care and always return it properly packaged.
