Returning Made Easy

At Stoov we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Sometimes an item is not the right fit, and that is okay. Returning your Stoov is simple and we will guide you every step of the way.

1. Register your return

Start by registering your return here. This helps us process everything quickly and ensures you receive your refund without delay.

2. Pack your Stoov

Make sure your Stoov is clean and carefully packed to protect it during transport.

3. Print your return label or use a QR code

After registration, you can either print your return label at home and attach it to the parcel, or use the QR code to have a label printed at the post office.

4. Send your parcel

Take your parcel to the post office and hand it over to the carrier specified on the label.

5. Refund processing

Once we receive your return, we aim to process your refund within 14 days. You will get a confirmation email once the refund has been completed. Please note: it can take a few days for our warehouse to check your parcel before the refund is issued. We kindly ask for your patience while we complete the process.

 


Return Shipping Costs

In most cases, return shipping costs are at your own expense. We made this choice to help reduce unnecessary returns. Each extra shipment adds CO₂ emissions, and by shopping consciously we can reduce our joint impact on the planet.
