Shipping Costs

Shipping costs apply to orders under €75.

Shipping costs for orders below €75:

Netherlands (NL): €5.95

Germany (DE): €5.95

Other EU countries: €5.95

Switzerland (CH): CHF 8.95

United Kingdom (UK): No shipping costs apply.

Denmark (DK): No shipping costs apply

Sweden (SE): No shipping costs apply

Carriers

We ship preferably with DHL, PostNL, Royal Mail and also work with DPD, UPS or other trusted carriers. If multiple carrier options are available, you will be asked to select your preferred choice during checkout.

Delivery Times

We always indicate our expected delivery time in working days during checkout. We rely on our carriers to meet these delivery promises. During peak seasons or exceptional circumstances, delivery times may vary. If needed, we adjust our delivery promise to ensure it remains realistic and accurate.

Track & Trace

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace link by email. This allows you to follow your parcel and see the latest updates from the carrier.

Delays

If your order is delayed beyond the indicated delivery time, please check the track & trace link first. If no new updates appear, or if your order seems to be missing, our customer service team is ready to help and will contact the carrier on your behalf.
