I was Bought a homely (looks like a hot water bottle) for a gift and thought that my normal phone charger would charge the bottle.
But it’s not made clear on purchase that it does need a 30watt charger.
And most phone chargers are not suitable for this and it doesn’t charge it..
It’s a Bit disappointing that I had to buy the charger separately, you would have thought that it was all included.

It’s a beautiful product I’m very happy I spent a little more. Only thing I’d say the instructions are a bit unhelpful. The on off button doesn’t say on or off. And it’s not clear where button that switches the heat settings it.

Great products
Great products, fast delivery, and a smooth ordering experience. I can’t comment on the support, though...I’ve never needed it. ;)

Great product with one exception…
My big hug has been a really useful way of keeping heating costs down and keeping me warm. It’s a really well-made product. and the teddy fabric is holding up well. If I had one piece of feedback, it would be to provide variable warmth between the cushion section and the back section. I would love to be able to switch off the cushion section and keep the back section warm because it can get uncomfortably hot very quickly

Heated cushions and blankets
Stoov's heated cushions and blankets warm you up in seconds, whether it's a draughty desk chair or a chilly sofa on a quiet evening. Gentle, targeted warmth reaches you straight away, no waiting for a room to catch up. There are no cables trailing across the floor, just soft heat that goes wherever you go.
How the warmth works
Every Ploov cushion and Big Hug blanket uses infrared technology that warms your body directly, rather than heating the air around it, closer to the feeling of sunlight on your skin than a plug-in heater. Choose from three heat settings, from a gentle warmth of up to 32°C for long, easy sessions to an intense high of up to 58°C when the cold really sets in. Depending on the battery you pick, that's up to 5 hours of cordless warmth with the Base battery, up to 9 with Flex, or up to 14 hours with Pro for longer days. Every setting is backed by SmartWarm, our safety system with temperature monitoring and automatic shut-off, so you can relax without checking on it.
Why choose Stoov
Stoov has spent over 10 years designing cordless infrared warmth, and it shows in the details, from the stitching on a Woolly cover to the fit of a battery pocket. We're a certified B Corp, which means the way we package and produce these cushions and blankets is held to the same standard as the way they keep you warm. Packaging is 30% smaller and made from FSC-certified material, small choices that add up. It's warmth you can feel good about, not just feel.
Where you'll use them
A heated cushion for working from home turns any desk chair into your favourite seat, while a cordless heated blanket for the sofa means movie nights don't need a second layer of jumpers. Take a cordless heated cushion out to the balcony, or reach for a Huge Hug blanket for a full-body wrap on a lazy Sunday. Covers come in fabrics from soft Woolly to sturdy Canvas, all removable and machine-washable, so they keep up with however you use them. Many people pick one up as a gift too, for anyone who feels the cold before everyone else does.
Find your favourite spot
There's no wrong way to get cosy with Stoov. Try a cushion at your desk, a blanket on the sofa, or both, and see which corner of your day feels warmest. Every order comes with a 30-day try-out, so you can decide in your own home, in your own time. However you like to unwind, we hope you find your spot.
