All Stoov products are covered by the Stoov Product Warranty. This is a manufacturer’s warranty that covers any manufacturing defects, including faults in workmanship, materials, or design, for a period of 24 months from the date of delivery.

If a defect occurs within this period, Stoov will repair or replace the affected part free of charge. To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service (contact details can be found on the last page of the manual) and provide proof of purchase.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage or defects caused by improper, negligent, or careless handling.
  • Use not in accordance with the manual.
  • Accidental damage.
  • Repairs or modifications by anyone other than Stoov B.V.
  • Use of non-Stoov parts or accessories.
  • Damage caused by external factors beyond our control.
  • Normal wear and tear, including parts that wear out over time.
  • Decline in battery performance.

Repairs or replacements do not extend the original warranty period. All rechargeable batteries have a limited lifespan and may eventually need to be replaced or recycled. Battery life depends on usage and settings.

This warranty applies in the country where the product was purchased and is in addition to your legal warranty rights as a consumer. Your statutory rights are not limited by this warranty. Business customers cannot claim under consumer legislation. This warranty is governed by the laws of the Netherlands. All disputes related to this warranty will be submitted to the competent Dutch court.
