It’s a beautiful product I’m very happy I spent a little more. Only thing I’d say the instructions are a bit unhelpful. The on off button doesn’t say on or off. And it’s not clear where button that switches the heat settings it.

Great product with one exception…
My big hug has been a really useful way of keeping heating costs down and keeping me warm. It’s a really well-made product. and the teddy fabric is holding up well. If I had one piece of feedback, it would be to provide variable warmth between the cushion section and the back section. I would love to be able to switch off the cushion section and keep the back section warm because it can get uncomfortably hot very quickly

Every piece uses Stoov's infrared technology, warming your body directly rather than the air around it, closer to sunlight than a heater. Choose from three heat settings, from a gentle warmth of up to 32°C to an intense high of up to 58°C. Battery life ranges from up to 5 hours on the Base battery to up to 14 hours on the Pro battery, depending on how far you're headed. SmartWarm, our built-in safety system, monitors temperature and shuts off automatically, so you can carry it without a second thought.
