1. How long does the battery last?
Battery life depends on your specific Stoov model and how you use it, but roughly:
Base 24 Wh: Up to 4 hours of warmth
Flex 33 Wh: Up to 5 hours of warmth
Pro 50 Wh: Up to 8 hours of warmth

2. Can I use my Stoov while it is charging?
Yes, Stoov can be used while charging. However, charging may take slightly longer if the product is in use. For maximum battery longevity, we recommend charging fully before heavy use.
3. How do I know when my Stoov is fully charged?
The charging indicator lights on the back of the smartlabel will flash while charging. When all 4 lights stop flashing and remain lit, your battery is fully charged.
4. How do I clean my Stoov?
Fabric care depends on the material of your Stoov cover. You can find all the detailed instructions for washing your cover in the Wash & Care label inside the outer cover, but always remember: never wash the inside, the filling cushion, the battery, or any electronic parts.
