1. Install your Stoov

2. Charge your Stoov
- Plug the original Stoov charger into an outlet.
- Connect the other end of the charger to the smartlabel.
- The charging indicator light on the Stoov label will start flashing.
- When the indicator light on the Stoov label stops flashing and remains lit (will plugged in), the battery is fully charged.
- You can also use your Stoov while it is charging, but keep in mind that charging may take slightly longer.
Note: Make sure to give your Stoov a full charge before using it for the first time.
3. Use the powerbank function
When staying connected matters as much as staying warm, Stoov has you covered. The new generation³ of warmables comes with a built-in powerbank mode, so you can charge your phone up to 3.6 times. Comfort and connectivity, combined in one smart design.

How long does the battery last?
Depending on the product, the battery type and heat setting, a Stoov keeps you warm for up to 14 hours on a single charge. Perfect for a full workday, a long evening on the couch or a night of camping.
How does Stoov heating work?
Stoov uses in house designed far infrared technology that warms you directly instead of heating the air around you. It’s efficient, safe, and gives you a cosy warmth that feels natural.
Is Stoov safe to use?
Yes. Every Stoov is equipped with the SmartWarm safety system which includes multiple safety features like overheat protection auto-off and continuous heat monitoring. Tested by SGS or TÜV. You can relax knowing safety is built in.
How do I store my Stoov?
Store your Stoov in a dry place, away from moisture and extreme temperatures. Disconnect the battery to prevent your Stoov from accidentally turning on. Charge the battery to approximately 40–60% before storing it and charge it briefly every three months to extend its life. Do not fold your Stoov tightly, as this will affect its shape and performance. Do you have a Big Hug, Huge Hug or Kokoon? Then roll it up. This will keep your Stoov in top condition, ready for the next moment of warmth.
