What is infrared warmth?
A gentle, invisible warmth that works by warming your body directly, kind of like sunlight. Instead of heating the air around you, it warms your body directly. With our built-in SmartWarm safety system, you can enjoy that warmth knowing you're always cosy, comfortable and safe.

An exploration of light, warmth and seasonal transition
Weltevree × Stoov present the special-edition Huge Hug³ in a horizon-inspired sunrise palette. As morning light signals a fresh start, Stoov’s signature infrared warmth keeps you comfortably outdoors, on crisp spring mornings and even late into the evening. Blending deep green, soft sage and warm yellow in flowing contours, this seasonal statement piece brings together light, warmth and design - guiding you into spring with energy and ease.
A horizon-inspired sunrise palette
What happens when two Dutch brands meet at dawn? Weltevree x Stoov introduce a special-edition Huge Hug³ in a horizon-inspired sunrise palette. An exploration of light, warmth and seasonal transition. Rooted in Weltevree’s vision for outdoor living and Stoov’s expertise in infrared warmth, this collaboration captures the precise moment the horizon shifts from night to day. The palette moves from deep forest green to soft sage and warm yellow, layered in fluid contours that mirror the unfolding sky. It is not just colour; it is atmosphere translated into textile.

I was Bought a homely (looks like a hot water bottle) for a gift and thought that my normal phone charger would charge the bottle.
But it’s not made clear on purchase that it does need a 30watt charger.
And most phone chargers are not suitable for this and it doesn’t charge it..
It’s a Bit disappointing that I had to buy the charger separately, you would have thought that it was all included.

It’s a beautiful product I’m very happy I spent a little more. Only thing I’d say the instructions are a bit unhelpful. The on off button doesn’t say on or off. And it’s not clear where button that switches the heat settings it.

Great products
Great products, fast delivery, and a smooth ordering experience. I can’t comment on the support, though...I’ve never needed it. ;)

Great product with one exception…
My big hug has been a really useful way of keeping heating costs down and keeping me warm. It’s a really well-made product. and the teddy fabric is holding up well. If I had one piece of feedback, it would be to provide variable warmth between the cushion section and the back section. I would love to be able to switch off the cushion section and keep the back section warm because it can get uncomfortably hot very quickly
