At Stoov we believe you should be able to experience our products at home to feel the warmth, fabrics and design. That is why we offer a 30 day try-out period on all orders.

Warmth is something you need to feel, fabrics deserve to be touched and design should be seen in your own space. That is why you can easily try Stoov at home. Discover how our infrared warmth embraces you, enjoy the quality of the fabrics and see how Stoov enhances your interior.

Does it fit perfectly? Then it is yours to keep. Still in doubt? No problem. Simply return it in new condition and you will receive a full refund.

Returns

Your Stoov product must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery. You can try it at home, but the product must be in good condition and complete with all accessories when returned. Simply register your return in our portal and follow the instructions.

Products must be returned clean and undamaged. If signs of use go beyond what is needed to test the product, we may deduct a reasonable amount from the refund. Batteries, chargers and other accessories should always be returned together with the product.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund your purchase within 14 days. Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless stated otherwise during promotions.

Returning pre-order items

Make sure to use the right order ID as it’s the only way we can sort the right return and ensure you get the support you need. Your order ID matches your order name. For split orders, add -SPLIT at the end.
